How To Use Slide Over

Slide Over feature on your iPad enables you to use two apps at a time. To use the feature:
1.     Open any app on your iPad.
2.     Swipe up to view the dock.
3.     Drag the desired app you want to open and release it in the middle of your iPad screen.
4.     The app will be opened on the one-third screen of your iPad.

How To Disable It

If you are just done with the work on your iPad, then you can disable the slide over the feature. Disabling the feature is as easy as enabling it. To disable the slide over on your iPad:
1.     Tap and hold on the second app you are using.
2.     Drag it smoothly on the right side of your iPad screen.
3.     A dustbin icon appears the moment the opened app box touches the corner of the screen.
4.     Drag it entirely into the dustbin icon to disable the feature.

How To Use The Split View feature

Split-screen is another amazing feature if you are one of the multitasking junkies. The feature allows you to use multiple apps at a time on your iPad screen. To enable the feature:
1.     Swipe up on your iPad screen to open the dock.
2.     Drag out the app you want to use from the list.
3.     The second app automatically takes up its space on your iPad screen.

1.     Press and hold onto the app you wish to close.
2.     Drag the app to the edge of your iPad screen to disable the feature.
